The Purpose:

The Account Coordinator will provide high-level customer service as required to support internal and external clientele in a fast paced, high volume trade show and special events industry.

The Job:

  • Preparing client service-related documents such as meeting agendas, meeting reports and other client communications and correspondence.
  • Participating in and documenting discussions during client meetings and conference calls.
  • Planning and processing portable exhibit displays including securing booth spaces, handling shipping details all the way through final invoicing.
  • Support account teams with internal project launch meetings with internal departments for assigned projects.
  • Generate / maintain weekly status reports and supply to account teams and/or clients.
  • Create internal COMS work orders in-house and/or to other Czar cities and subcontractors.
  • Integrate and support all other workflow tools and procedures as required by management and/or clients.
  • Order show services as needed via company paid credit card.
  • Support account teams with budget creation.
  • Assist AM/AD with billing individual projects.
  • Maintain a high level of client satisfaction.
  • Attend weekly internal status and external client status meetings.
  • Participate in client service training sessions that aid in career development
  • Support account teams on one-off projects as required during busy show seasons.
  • Provide 24-hour on-call support to internal and external client base.

The Person:

  • Bachelors’ degree strongly preferred
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
  • Occasional travel is required
  • Exceptional organizational and communication skills
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to prioritize and multitask in an ever changing fast paced deadline driven environment
  • Comfortable working independently and in a team environment
